Mission Statement
The Buddy Program provides guidance and support to new employees by acclimating them quickly into HJF's worksite culture and encouraging success and productivity in their new positions.
Program Description
The Buddy Program has been established to provide a support system for new employees during their first few months of employment with HJF. This includes:
- Assisting new employees with learning about and adjusting to the culture of their HJF worksites
- Increasing the opportunities for the employees to be successful and to achieve their career goals
- Answering questions and being a resource for information relating to the Foundation
- Helping socialize new employees within their departments
Timeframe: Date of hire - 90 days (three months)
