Event Planning
HJF offers a full range of conference and event planning services, with a qualified team available to help plan a successful meeting. You also gain access to HJF's experience and services in contracting, event promotion and on-site management. Each year, we conduct more than 80 events for the medical community.
Services include:
- Conducting needs assessment, site inspection and site selection;
- Soliciting sponsors/exhibitors;
- Negotiating with and managing hotels, caterers and contractors;
- Managing finances, including budgets;
- Arranging air and ground transportation;
- Creating marketing and conference materials;
- Conducting event registration;
- Managing educational credit; and
- Providing on-site support.
We provide an online conference planning tool and an automated registration system. These services make the process of planning, sponsoring and attending conferences easier and more convenient. HJF also offers online information and services to education fund managers through our web-based customer service system.
