Account Detail
This report breaks out project costs by expense account codes used. Categories detailed include:
- Budget: budgeted funds
- Current Month Expenses: actual expenses incurred for the project for the month being reported on
- Open Reqs: outstanding purchase requisitions currently committing budgeted funds (link will take you directly to the Open Requisition Report)
- Open POs: outstanding purchase orders currently committing budgeted funds (link will take you directly to the Open Purchase Order Report)
- Project-to-Date Expenses: actual expenses incurred for the project, from inception
- Total Funds Used: sum of Open Reqs, Open POs, and Project-to-Date Expenses resulting in a total of committed funds
- Balance Available: Budget less Total Funds Used
