Fixed Assets Report
This report displays a list of equipment and other property for each of your HJF projects. Categories include:
- Tag #: HJF tag number placed somewhere on the equipment. This tag number helps HJF properly track equipment and property purchased for projects administered by HJF.
- Asset: HJF asset identification number assigned by HJF asset management system
- Description: description of the asset
- Manufacturer: name of manufacturer of the asset
- Model: model number associated with the asset
- Serial: serial number of the asset
- Acq Date: date that the asset was acquired
- Document ID: HJF purchase order number relating to the purchase of the asset
- Cost: cost of the asset allocated to the HJF project (includes related shipping and installation)
