Payroll Detail
This monthly report displays detailed salary charges (does not include living allowances or fringe benefits) to your HJF projects. The report will include names of employees and their related salary charges to your projects, along with a break down of the hours worked by type (e.g., regular, sick, holiday, etc.). This report is only available beginning with the month of December 2003.
Clicking on an employee's name will take you to a more detailed report that will break down the total hours worked and gross pay amount into the types of hours (see below for description of hour types). Categories detailed include:
- Hours: total hours charged to the HJF project. Note that hours such as vacation, short-term disability and leave without pay are not charged to your HJF project, so they will not be included. Also, hours charged to multiple cost centers will appear only on the pages for the related cost centers.
- Gross Pay: gross salary amount charged to your HJF project. The same notes above, regarding vacation and multiple cost centers, apply here.
- REG: regular hours worked
- HOL: holiday hours
- SCK: sick leave hours used
- OTP: overtime pay
- OTR: other/administrative leave
- WOP: leave without pay
- AWD: award
- BNS: bonus
- RET: retroactive pay
If you see an "A" at the end of any of these hour types, that denotes a non-resident alien employee's time.
