Project Budget Summary
This report displays budget balances by category as of the report date. Categories include:
- Budget – budgeted funds (link opens Account Detail report)
- Open Reqs – outstanding purchase requisitions currently committing budgeted funds (link opens Open Requisition report)
- Open POs – outstanding purchase orders currently committing budgeted funds (link opens Open Purchase Order report)
- Project-to-Date Expenses – actual expenses incurred for project, from inception
- Total Funds Used – sum of Open Reqs, Open POs and Project-to-Date Expenses resulting in a total of committed funds
- Balance Available – Budget less Total Funds Used
Selecting any of the budget category links will open the Account Detail report.
