Project Budget Summary
This report displays budget balances by category as of the report date. Categories include:
- Budget: budgeted funds (link will take you directly to Account Detail report)
- Open Reqs: outstanding purchase requisitions currently committing budgeted funds (link will take you directly to Open Requisition report)
- Open POs: outstanding purchase orders currently committing budgeted funds (link will take you directly to Open Purchase Order report)
- Project-to-Date Expenses: actual expenses incurred for project, from inception
- Total Funds Used: sum of Open Reqs, Open POs and Project-to-Date Expenses resulting in a total of committed funds
- Balance Available: Budget less Total Funds Used
If you click on any of the budget category links, you will be directed to the Account Detail report.
