Statement of Account
These reports display balance information as of the report date, as well as detailed transactions for the period that it covers. There is a monthly version and a fiscal-year-to-date version of this report. These reports are updated daily. A link on the "Less Outstanding Purchase Orders" amount will direct you to the Open Purchase Order report.
For endowment accounts, there is an additional box near the top right side of the report that breaks down the ending balance into two categories:
- Permanently Restricted: portion of total balance that is being held in perpetuity (there are exceptions to this depending on the terms specified by the endowment chair and/or donors).
- Temporarily Restricted: portion of total balance that can be used for authorized expenditures.
