Event Planning
HJF offers a full range of conference and event planning services, with a qualified team available to help plan successful meetings. By utilizing this service, you gain access to HJF's experience and services in contracting, event promotion and on-site management. Each year, we conduct more than 80 events for the military medical community. Services include:
- Needs assessment, site inspection and selection
- Solicitation of sponsors/exhibitors
- Negotiating and managing hotel contracts, catering and contractors
- Budgeting and financial management
- Air and ground transportation arrangements
- Marketing and conference materials
- Event registration, educational credit management and on-site support
Online Services
We provide an online conference planning tool and an automated registration system. These services make the process of planning, sponsoring and attending conferences easier and more convenient. HJF also offers online information and services to education fund managers through our web-based customer service system.
Travel
Our in-house Travel Office can assist you with travel plans for official business. Our staff can book airline and rail tickets, make hotel and rental car reservations and arrange registrations.
