Fax Covers
Below you'll find two HJF fax cover sheets (PDF files) that can be customized.
For employees located at HJF headquarters, use the HJF headquarters fax cover sheet, which features the HJF headquarters address at the bottom of the page.
For employees not located at HJF headquarters, use the general HJF fax cover sheet.
Letterhead
Below is an electronic version of our HJF letterhead, suitable for use in electronic documents.
If you are printing a letter or other documents on our pre-printed HJF letterhead, set your page to the following margins to ensure that your text doesn't encroach on the design:
• left margin: 1.75"
• right margin: 1.25"
• top and bottom: 1"
