Mr. Belard leads initiatives aimed at achieving efficient and effective Enterprise-wide productivity, develops & disseminates best practices, and establishes strategies for optimal operational excellence across both domestic & international markets. Additionally, Mr. Belard serves as HJF’s Chief of Staff to coordinate major engagements, including VIP visits to HJF and select CEO activities around the world

Over the course of his 21-year HJF tenure, Arnaud has held multiple leadership roles. Prior to his executive appointment, he served as the USU Portfolio Deputy and as Senior Director for Program Operations within the Executive Office.

Arnaud received his bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University. He has completed executive education in leadership and innovation strategy through Cornell University.
