As interim Chief Human Resources Officer, Brock Hall serves as HJF’s internal expert on global human capital and human resources directives and initiatives. He is responsible for leading a human resources team that is flexible, responsive, and focused on customer service.
Brock brings extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, talent management, operations, and strategic initiatives across the nonprofit, government, and global commercial sectors. With more than two decades of experience including several years in support of U.S. Government scientific research and development efforts, Brock has led high-performing teams and complex programs at both HJF—where he began in 2022—and previously at ICON Government and Public Health Solutions, building trusted partnerships across public health, defense, and technology domains. Since joining HJF, he has transformed the talent acquisition function into a collaborative, data-driven operation recognized for its emphasis on emotional intelligence, leadership development, and mission alignment.
Brock holds an Executive Leadership certification from University College Dublin and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management. Guided by a strong commitment to community, operational excellence, and workforce empowerment, he is dedicated to advancing military medicine through innovative, people-first solutions.
