HJF Announces Heroes of Military Medicine Honorees to Be Recognized in San Antonio

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc., (HJF) is pleased to announce the 2026 honorees of the Heroes of Military Medicine San Antonio Awards.

The 2026 Heroes of Military Medicine San Antonio Award honorees are:

  • Army: Major (Doctor) Patrick T. Reeves
  • Navy: Commander (Doctor) Stacy L. Coulthard
  • Air Force: Major (Doctor) Samuel D. Hobbs

"The Heroes of Military Medicine Awards recognize individuals whose commitment to excellence extends far beyond their professions. They embody a spirit of service that strengthens lives and advances the future of healthcare," said Joseph Caravalho, Jr., M.D., President and CEO of HJF and retired Army Major General. "Their leadership, innovation, and dedication to others continue to shape a stronger, healthier future for warfighters, veterans, and civilians alike."

The 2026 Heroes of Military Medicine San Antonio Awards Dinner will take place on October 29, 2026, at the Witte Museum, San Antonio's premier museum for nature, science, and culture, located at 3801 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209.

HJF is delighted to have Ms. Stephanie Serna serve as emcee for the awards dinner. As a San Antonio native and KSAT-TV anchor, Ms. Serna has built her career connecting with and serving the community she proudly calls home.
