HJF Names Brock Hall as VP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Brock Hall has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF). Mr. Hall had been the Interim CHRO since January, 2026.

As CHRO, Mr. Hall, who has served HJF since 2023, is HJF’s principal strategic advisor on global human capital and human resources directives and initiatives. He has deep experience with human resources, recruiting, talent management, operations, and strategic initiatives across the nonprofit, government, and global commercial sectors.

“I am pleased to announce Mr. Hall as our new Chief Human Resources Officer, who, as interim CHRO, has provided outstanding leadership to the Human Resources Department,” said Dr. Caravalho. “Brock brings a proven record of commitment to fostering a resilient, mission-focused workforce—one that supports innovation, collaboration, and excellence across our enterprise. He is truly a leader who understands that advancing military medicine begins with investing in the people who make that mission possible.”

With more than two decades of experience, including several years in support of U.S. Government scientific research and development efforts, Brock has led high-performing teams and complex programs at both HJF and previously at ICON Government and Public Health Solutions, building trusted partnerships across public health, defense, and technology domains. Since joining HJF, he has transformed the talent acquisition function into a collaborative, data-driven operation recognized for its emphasis on emotional intelligence, leadership development, and mission alignment.

Mr. Hall holds an executive leadership certification from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit School of Business, and is currently pursuing a degree in human resources management. Guided by a strong commitment to community, operational excellence, and workforce empowerment, he is dedicated to advancing military medicine through innovative, people-first solutions.
