The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) provides flexible and generous benefit choices, as well as a highly competitive salary structure.

Our medical, dental and vision insurance plans provide employees with a choice between an in-network component with co-payments and no deductible or an out-of-network component with deductibles and co-payments.

HJF pays the majority of both the single and/or family premium for medical, prescription drug, vision and dental coverage. Most benefits begin on the first day of employment. HJF’s offers a 403(b) retirement plan with generous employer matching contributions, vested immediately.
