New Vice President Positions to Oversee HJF’s Innovation Ecosystem Initiative and Research & Development Portfolio

HJF recently announced new leadership positions for two growing business segments.

Stephen Dalal, formerly the Vice President of U.S. Research Development, has been named Vice President of Innovation Development. He will lead the HJF Innovation Ecosystem Initiative, with oversight of the HJF Innovation Labs @ MontgomeryCountyMD, and the Innovation Advisory Committee.

Tiffany Hamm, formerly the Vice President of Global Research Development, has been named Vice President of HJF’s Research & Development. She will be leading a portfolio comprising key domestic and international programs, including partnerships with:

  • Austere environment Consortium of Enhanced Sepsis Outcomes (ACESO)
  • Biotechnology High Performance Computing Software Applications Institute (BHSAI)
  • Creative Forces: National Endowment for the Arts Military Healing Arts Network
  • Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA)
  • Department of War’s Global Emerging Infections Surveillance (GEIS) program
  • Operational and Undersea Medicine Directorate (OUMD) at the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC)
  • HJF’s Ukraine awards
